Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility.
The LG F1 Racing Formula 1 Fan Survey 2010 (the “Promotion”) is open to persons (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their country of residence (“Participants”). Employees of LG, and F1 Racing, their subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, and the immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings and husband or wife) of each such employee, together with those with whom such employees are domiciled, are not eligible. By participating in the Promotion, Participants warrant that they are eligible to participate under the applicable laws governing procurement of prizes and awards. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if Sponsor determines that Participant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt of prize would violate state or local law. Participants may be required to submit proof of their eligibility.
2. Agreement to Official Rules.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
3. Entering and Winning.
To participate, Participant must read and accept these Official Rules and complete the registration and survey form (the “Survey”) available at www.LGF1Racingfansurvey.com beginning on February 2, 2010 through to February 16, 2010. Surveys must be completed and submitted no later than February 16, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (GMT). Sponsor will select winners at random from the completed and received Surveys on or about March 20, 2010. All registration information provided by Participant must be true and correct. Winners need not be present at the time of the drawing to win.

LIMIT: Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified or for any error, human, technical or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
4. Prizes.
Prizes are not transferable, and no cash substitutes for prizes are available, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute different prizes of comparable value. Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and conclusive in all matters relating to the Promotion. Applicable local, state, and federal taxes and any customs charges or tariffs on prizes are the sole responsibility of and must be paid by the winners.
5. Prize Notification and Delivery.
Potential winners will be selected on or about March, 2010. Potential winners will be notified via e-mail, mail or telephone. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners by reasonable means, using the contact information provided by the Participant on his or her completed Survey. Each potential winner may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, as well as a publicity release, except where prohibited by applicable law. Failure to return a signed affidavit and release of liability prior to accepting delivery of the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize, except where prohibited by applicable law. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. If for any reason a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made, or does not return a signed affidavit and release within 60 days, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected by random drawing from among remaining entries. The prize will be sent to the address provided by Participant on his or her completed Survey. Allow up to ten (10) weeks for delivery Failure to comply with any term or condition in these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Potential winners may waive their right to receive a prize, in which case an alternate winner will be selected. The reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Any applicable forms will be filed with the appropriate taxing authority.
6. General Conditions.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city, state, province or county, and country, likeness, photograph, statements made by the winner about the Promotion, Sponsor, and/or prize information for Promotion purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. BY RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE, EACH WINNER AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS SUBSIDARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and none will be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, sabotage, security breach, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
7. Miscellaneous.
Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of each Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Kingdom.
